A podcast is a program made available in digital format for download over the Internet. For example, an episodic series of digital audio files.
Mental health is a state of mental well-being that enables people to cope with the stresses of life, realize their abilities, learn well and work well, and contribute to their community.
How to take care of mental health
I will recommended 3 methods
1.Relax by listening to music
It is a method of taking care of our mental health which helps us to feel relaxed and reduce stress. Listening to music can also make us feel better because music is a type of entertainment that gives us comfort. In addition, listening to music helps our improve memory as well.
2.Create encouragement for yourself
Giving yourself encouragement is a mental health care thing that everyone should do, no matter what obstacles they encounter. We should always think that there is tomorrow in our lives, so the way to take care of our mental health so that we don't feel depressed is to encourage ourselves.
3.Find free time to go on vacation.
This is a way to take care of your mental health by giving yourself time to relieve stress from work or bad events. For example, many people say that when you feel depressed you should go to the beach.Therefore, if you have free time, you should take yourself to admire the beauty of nature, such as the sea, mountains, waterfalls, or give yourself time to practice meditation because it will help you have a calmer and stronger mental health.
1st Experience
Everyday I encounter people with mental health problems and divided in to different situations.the mental health problem that I found in everyone the most is panic attack the meaning is something that people are very afraid of,until it has an effect on the body The autonomic nervous system is not functioning properly. Being extremely anxious and uncomfortable about your surroundings for no apparent reason. A feeling of fear arises. Unable to control some things. An example of a situation I encountered in people is feeling fear of presenting work.Symptoms that I found is stomach upset. It happens without realizing it, they can’t control it, sweating, cold hands, fainting, numbness or another situation is when everyone is going to interview exam. I have noticed that everyone has tremors. and anxious looking condition this situation is really hard to handle which I really understand and relate that person very well because I am also a person who has panic attacks.It is something that no one wants to happen.
2nd Experience
My mental health is fine. but I know that everybody has their own mental health problem. Therefore, I will share the story that has happened to me lately.
Recently, I became friends with someone. In the beginning, it was normal. And I think that we get along well. but suddenly I felt something strange. I could feel her behaviour being at the centre of the world. And she never feels happy for me on the day that I am successful, nor on the day that I’m suffering; she never helps me. For the second experience during the COVID situation that we all have to quarantine, I am at home and not able to go somewhere, so I stay in my bathroom, and that is not good for mental health at all because if you just stay in that square room with the same environment for a year, it’s kind of depressing to me.
The things are getting better, and we all can get through them if we find a way. For the toxic friendship, you just cut them off your life, and for the COVID situation, you just have to find something that you’re interested in, and you can also watch series that will keep you occupied.
